HR Business Partner - Projects (Temporary) (0043)

(temp. up to 12 months, up to 28 hours per week)

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the HR team across the full range of project work in support of the delivery of our People Strategy.  You will support (and lead) on projects working closely with the HR Director and other members of the HR team in areas as diverse as:

  • Performance management
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Employee Engagement (Best Companies)
  • Learning and Development
  • Organisational culture

You will need experience of planning and co-ordinating HR projects.  You must have experience of using excel and PowerPoint and will be used to both working in a team and on your own initiative.

You will be a strong communicator, confident in your own abilities and be able to evidence strong client and commercial focus.
